I love my gym because....the workouts kick my ass yet I seem to always keep coming back for more. It's like a strange addiction. Heck, who can say an addiction to becoming a stronger and healthier mom is a bad thing though right?! Every person goes out of their way to support and motivate each other. Last one done? (Me a lot) everyone will cheer you on and do extra reps or run extra just to see you through it. Can't lift a gazillion pounds? The mantra is "Be you and do your best". There is nobody here that is going to look down upon you just because you are using the bar. Not sure what to do? The coaches are there to help you....whether it's learning a movement(what's a clean and jerk again???) or needing to modify certain movements to meet your bodies ability or knowing when and how to push you further than you thought you could go. Need to add some friends to your life? Well this place will help you with that too. You will be surrounded by honest, hard working, friendly and caring people that enjoy getting in a kickass workout just as much as you :) This is hands down the greatest gym I have ever been a part of and if you are thinking about trying it out or joining do it!!!
